Shrimp Running on a Treadmill (With Benny Hill Theme)

  1. Reminds me of the Muybridge (sp?) horse shots at about the one-minute point on. It’s actually pretty interesting (and funny, of course). What do those back legs DO?

  2. Yes, good question. All the legs seem not to like the little white band on the treadmill.

  4. “Shrimp” “runs” makes me think of your gnocchi experience.

  5. Eh? I’ve never had the runs from shrimp or gnocchi. But this is how I’ve felt trying to get to the Gaza Strip during a week when all journalists have been banned from reporting on it. The long reporting ban is so unprecedented that I’m inclined to take it personally. “Oh shit! Mike’s coming! Close down the Gaza Strip!”

Of course I can’t prove this.

  6. Hey, Mike, BTW…I have been fiddling with Firefox and finally ordered a linux (ubututuunto…what ever that OS is called) laptop from Dell to keep playing. They adopted it in the schools locally and I wanted to not be completely out of touch.

  7. Bruno and I are still giddy with the results of the election. The shrimp on the treadmill is another cause for mirth! Thanks, mm

  8. News from home! I’m glad you’re keeping Bruno up on the election, Margaret.

@ Eric: The site looks a whole lot better in Firefox, right? It even looks fine with Explorer if you’re not using a PC. It’s the Windows-Explorer combination that tends to be lethal for this site. I must get Right On That.

In the meantime, sorry to everyone who sees nothing but capital letters on this blog.

  9. Yes…whole different site in Linux stuff. Unfortunately, I am still playing with it and use mostly a WINDOWS-EXPLOITER combo about town. But I know it…need some time.
