French word for “star” and “Russia.” My guess…it’s a French touring company that wants to make it big in Moscow with some act in their trailer. It’s an equivalent to “New York City or bust.”

I thought I’d take a stab at it with very little French knowledge, but just enough Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and living in Maastricht to be a smart alecky American.
That’s right, I should have said this was obvious graffiti on the trailer, not something the owner would have done, and I’ve seen “Russe” in other places. But I still don’t know what the whole thing means.
