  1. The fun part is finding out exactly which concert bootlegs are from…

    I think the second one is from Summertime, but I am too lazy right now to get out the 500gs of hardrive to set it up and know. I think the first is an actual Asbury Park concert from around 1975.

    I went through a spell on my blog were I posted several of these…http://bluebirdsinging.com/new/?p=875, for example. Now you can just steal from someone else that posts it on You Tube, which takes away a little of the fun of having them even from a few years ago. How I spent my years when the internet was a free place to steal music and videos…I guess.

  2. I think they’re from the same tour, if not the same show, in 1978. “Racing in the Street” wasn’t out before then.

  3. No, different shows I think…the famous bootleg off the board is the Agora Ballroom show in August of 1978. I think the second one might be that, but I am not sure…the real audio bootleg kicks out to the music and it’s hard to tell.

    I also wouldn’t be surprised if “Racing in the Street” was being previewed along the way. I’m telling people, that’s the fun to figure out. It’s like history detectives that I am not geek enough the delve into.
